About PCCA

The Penrith City Centre Association (PCCA) is a non profit organisation that has an elected committee made up of representatives of the Penrith CBD, and includes  property owners and business owners or operators.

PCCA works hard to improve the Penrith CBD, to promote awareness of the local businesses in the CBD and to generally make the shopping area a more pleasant environment.
