About PCCA

The Penrith City Centre Association (PCCA) is a non profit organisation that has an elected committee made up of represenatatives of 6 precincts within the Penrith City Centre.  The Committee meets the first Thursday of each month and an AGM is held each September.   Representatives from the City Centre business community - property owners, business owners and others representing businesses in the area - are able to nominate to join the Committee.  The 6 precincts have up to 3 representatiaves each who contribute their expertise to assist City Centre Association staff deliver strategieis in it's business plan.
