Flags Around the City

Any flags you see flying throughout the city are the courtesy of the Penrith City Centre Association.  PCCA provides both the flags and the bunting to bring colour to the streets.  These are changed in November as Christmas approaches and flags depicting a Christmas theme and/or colours are flown throughout the CBD.
